This place is a joke. No tomatoes. Dirty floors, rude staff.
Artisan chicken - bun is burnt, tomato is missing.
I’m late for my flight and don’t have time to exchange this for another.

Worst service. The staffs attitude towards the customers is as if you're inconveniencing then by ordering. Very unpleasant. I ordered something very simple. A couple plain burgers and they couldn't get that right. I even asked the young lady taking my order, "you got those plain right? " She said yes. Well she didn't.

False advertising! They don't actually serve what is on the menu. I ordered something off the screen and they said - "We don't serve that here." I asked what they did have an was just met with a blank stare. Asked three times and got no response. Then when I finally did order they forgot about it entirely; I waited 32 mins from the time I paid until the time I received my food. Good thing I had a long layover!

One of the better Mc D's the food was actually piping hot and fresh when we got our order. You can grab a quick burger and then head to the beach.

Long lines, almost any time of day, but prompt service and never had an order made incorrectly. Food is fine, but the counter and surrounding areas can become a little cluttered. You usually have to wade through a line of about 5-10 people to grab your napkins, ketchup, etc. Last time I was there, the floor by the soda fountain was pretty sticky, almost like someone had unloaded a tub of glue.

Outside lobby was dirty, floor was sticky, man working behind counter was mopping the floor while other employees were cooking, floor was covered with food that should have been sweep up, one of the employee who was calling out the numbers for orders that were ready was rude and threw their bags on the counter, they ran out of paper napkins, other employees standing around like they had nothing to do. For the prices they charge here at the airport, I expect better.

Completely efficient at disregarding customers existence. Order processed incorrectly, had trouble begging for 1 sauce packet while the 8+ staff members were too busy flirting with eachother, and slurping on their shakes. Odor of decaying rancid meat, might be a health violation. Miserable experience.

Absolutely filthy, the trash was overflowing, not a clean table in the place. The Diet Coke had run out at both pop stations, when I told someone, they rolled their eyes at me. All this, and jacked up airport prices!
