i went in a few days ago and there was a girl in there working brunette w brown eyes i think , didn’t catch her name but i had a few coworkers in there with me and we were using the discount for amazon employees and i noticed she didn’t ask my guy coworker for their badge but then had me and the other girl go and get ours which whatever but then when the other girl paid she gave her a $10 and the total was like $8 , and she was waiting for her change while talking to me and we ended up leaving and realized the worker took our change for a tip without asking 🤦🏽‍♀️

Placed an online order and asked for a certain type of bread. Apparently they were out and gave me a bread I do not like. They didn’t even mention it to me whatsoever. I called to let them know I would be coming up to swap it but the rude manager hung up on me after I politely was asking him when the new batch of bread was going to be made. I called back FIVE times and he refused to pick up the phone. I drove up there immediately and the place was dead and he was not busy. Which means he was ignoring my call. The tattoo’d manager is unprofessional and should rethink how he treats customers.
