i went in a few days ago and there was a girl in there working brunette w brown eyes i think , didn’t catch her name but i had a few coworkers in there with me and we were using the discount for amazon employees and i noticed she didn’t ask my guy coworker for their badge but then had me and the other girl go and get ours which whatever but then when the other girl paid she gave her a $10 and the total was like $8 , and she was waiting for her change while talking to me and we ended up leaving and realized the worker took our change for a tip without asking 🤦🏽♀️

We stopped here before our flight. The staff was super nice and friendly, food was as expected. The dining area was clean and so were the bathrooms.

Placed an online order and asked for a certain type of bread. Apparently they were out and gave me a bread I do not like. They didn’t even mention it to me whatsoever. I called to let them know I would be coming up to swap it but the rude manager hung up on me after I politely was asking him when the new batch of bread was going to be made. I called back FIVE times and he refused to pick up the phone. I drove up there immediately and the place was dead and he was not busy. Which means he was ignoring my call. The tattoo’d manager is unprofessional and should rethink how he treats customers.

I placed an online order for this location, after I picked up my order I noticed it was wrong, I called right away and they apologized for the mistake and replaced my whole meal, plus gave me a free drink and sub on my next order. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The woman working, who seemed to be a manager, was extremely rude to the employees as well as the customers. She attempted to joke off her rudeness but it was awkward. You should not speak to employees like they're children, or like they're below you.

It was okay I ran out of some of the condiments so I didn't get what I wanted but they made me pay for it I'll be back another day
