This DQ is always so nice and fast. I drive for Door Dash and it is my favorite restaurant to pick up. They are always respectful and put the same priority on home customers as they do on dine-in customers. The management is in control and that is something you don't see very often anymore, unfortunately. Keep up the good work!

I agree that young people work in fast food so that they learn to acquire responsibilities and earn their money, but those young people who work in this store must teach them how customer service works in every way. Whenever I visit this store they have a blast and the orders are never ready until you ask them and they start with attitudes. Owners and managers relearn or release their employees if they want their business to prosper.

I went to the location 13316 US HWY 301 S. Riverview, FL 33578 at 8:59 pm. My boyfriend and I had stopped by the drive thru to grab a couple of blizzards before we went home. I had ordered my blizzard and when my boyfriend started ordering his, the manager, named Chris, was super rude. He had interrupted my boyfriend from ordering and just told us to pull forward. I was really upset with his behavior towards us when we did nothing wrong. We pulled up and had explained to this sweet girl about the situation. I saw Chris in the background mumbling rude remarks, and when I had asked for his name, he had walked away. The sweet girl told us his name and his position at this location. He is the store manager at this location. Chris if you ever read this, you were extremely rude to my boyfriend and I. There was no reason for your behavior and I hope consequences come your way. As a manager, you need to treat everyone with respect no matter the personal problems that are happening to you. To the sweet girl in the drive thru, I wish i could've gotten your name. You were awesome and helped us a lot. Keep up the good work!

I ordered a cake on 3/1 for pick up on 3/26. The cake wasn't what I had ordered. The cashier said the manager who makes the cakes had left. I let him know it wasn't the same but would be fine. I didn't want to make it into a big deal since the alleged manager wasn't there. I had purchased a customer cake banner and candles to match the colors of the cake I had purchased. There were random green dots and scratches on the top! It's disappointing to see the lack of care by everyone here. Definitely won't be returning to purchase again from here.

The flamethrower Burger and the fudge stuffed cookie with ice cream were fantastic!😁🔥🍪 The flamethrower Burger has just the right amount of spice and kick to it while still being able to be a mouth-watering burger with a crunch.😋 Sorry for the poor picture of the Fudge stuffed cookie with ice cream. My stomach spoke before my mind on this one.😄 It is a great, delicious, and decadent compromise to your cookie and ice cream dilemma. 😋🍪🍦 The men's restroom also has cool and unique soap and paper towel dispensers and trash can.👍 Also if you're eating inside don't forget to bundle up. It's cold in there. 👍😉
