Taco Bell

This taco bell is extremely slow. But unlike other fast food places they get their orders right. We have been here at least 4 times now and each time has been after 10pm. The workers are friendly and the order is correct each time. We don't want tomatoes, there's no tomatoes on anything. We order something with a modification, the order is correct exactly how we asked it to be. I appreciate employee who do their job well. I'll sit in line for 20 minutes just for my food to be fresh and correct. Unlike the other places that pride themselves on being quick but you're lucky if you get the right order. I'm going to keep coming back here for my late night taco bell fix!

I normally don’t have a good service but on January 18 of this year I was served from Lourdes . She was sweet from the moment she took our order. She didn’t rushed us and said would that complete your order after every item we asked for instead she waited and patiently repeated our order. Her voice was so delightful and her smile at the window indeed lit up the whole place . She is the meaning of great customer service. Thank you Lourdes for an amazing experience. You Rock!!!!

Went to get some food at 10pm manger said they were closed because they needed to clean up they will open back up at 11 to come back so i come back like he said he says they are closed for the night then asked me to do a survey smh if you are hungry after 9pm don’t look here to get food even though they clearly close at 1am

Was charged more than what the menu said. Asked to see a manager and there was no manager. Refused to refund the difference. This store is TERRIBLY run. Management is non existent. It took over 35 minutes to get our food. You never know if the restaurant will be open. Came here many times and there would be a sign on the door saying that the dining room is closed. This will be the last time I come to this location. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This is literally the worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bell. Food is always trash and the customer service even more so. Just went in the drive thru and tried to add one thing at the window and was told no, that I would have to go back around. So the place is pitch black so people think it’s closed. You have to wait in a line that takes 30 mins. You can’t add one thing at the window when you can everywhere else. You forget my drink. I have to go inside to get it and I try to order the pintos n cheese inside and was told no, that I have to go back to the line in the drive thru. What a joke this place is. Lousy service. Edited to add that it’s not surprising that when I got home the food was disgusting. Crunchy tacos were all broken, wet, soggy, meat and everything was old. And so were the nachos. Inedible and in the trash. Waste of time this place is. Never ordering from here again.
