Mcdonald's

A month ago, I gave this franchise a 5 star review. But as of this past weekend I had to come back to change it. I'm a very fair and understanding person when it comes to giving reviews and knowing that sometimes things happen. As far as food goes, it should always be prepped and cooked properly but I get, sometimes things happen. However, to have the same thing happen two times in a row is unacceptable. This past weekend I wanted chicken nuggets and fries, sent my husband in and as soon as he came back in something smelled terribly burnt. When I opened the bag, it looked like they had drained whatever was at the bottom of the fries oil and gave it to him. The nuggets were no better, they were both inedible. I was so upset. On Sunday again, I went back not even thinking that this may happen to me again because before the first time it never happened before. Low and behold I got burnt fries and nuggets. They lost a customer and a pretty regular one too.

While waiting on line, I decided to make my order using the app. So, I got off the line and went to the waiting area to pick up my food. (This place operates with a very small footprint so the space inside is very limited). I had only bnb ordered fries. After about 5 min. I inquired about my order because I didn't see my order number on the screen, and she/employee wasn't distributing any orders. Turns out my order was just sitting on the counter all this time and she didn't think to say that it was ready. Service there sucks. Too bad it's the only McDonald's in the area.

This McDonald's shop is run very well. It's a high-volume (Generally pretty busy) McDonald's. ✔✔ Located: on Liberty Ave. Near Lefferts Boulevard. I must say Their service is Excellent, From when you pay to when you get your food. 🍔🍔🍔🍔 is minimum wait if anything. There are two seating tables on the inside when you first enter, and the registers are Located after that. This McDonald's 🍟🍟 has two levels. And a much better and very well-kept✔ seeing area is on the upstairs which is rather large and could accommodate easily 50 people or more.✔ The service is prompt and courteous. As is with almost all McDonald's 🍟🍟🧂🧂 I can't say anything Better about it. On a scale from 1 to 4, I give it 🍔🍔🍔🍔..
