Dunkin'

People that work there are always in a very bad mood. The service is very slow, even though there is not a lot of people that go there (now I understand why) they are very slow and they do not do their job good at all. The bagel and cream cheese is a joke... They act ike as if the company is going to pay them more money for saving cream cheese. Really disappointing....

Went inside with my granddaughter, and a friend to treat her to cold coffee, in which were wonderful, and my friend ordered a cold coffee in which she said was wonderful. The ladies that took and made our order were nice and great sense of humor. My friend was going to buy donuts, but my granddaughter, who is 10, was counting how many times a fly was landing on the donuts. Need to get that fixed!!

Although the employees were nice, a nice young man helping us but he had little to work with. They didn't have containers the size that we wanted and ask for so we had to get the higher price containers they didn't have lids for the container, I mean he was trying to make do with what he had but they need to have the supplies there for the employees to use to service their customers; the bathrooms aren't working they just need to get more organized... then they didn't have caramel sauce didn't have hot fudge I mean I'm like this is ice cream place right it just needs more organization and supplies.

I went here twice for breakfast while staying in the area. The first time was a 3-star experience, and the second time was a 1-star experience. The first visit eventually landed me the correct food, but the service and the food itself were both pretty mediocre. I had to wait a strangely long time, despite the fact that I saw several employees and no customers other than myself. The woman taking my order (for some unknown reason) waited until long after I had pulled up to the window to enter my order into the system, so she needed to go over my order with me again, and her memory was not great. After waiting far too long I was handed a completely stuffed bag, which had dirty napkins randomly crumpled up and stuffed in evenly throughout the bag, which I had to wade through to check that my order was correct. Everything was slightly burnt, but at least not wrong. I waited an equally long time for the one coffee I ordered as well, which was lukewarm by the time I got it. The second trip the next morning was worse. After coming from a nearby McDonalds that had no ingredients, I just wanted a breakfast sandwich. While I was trying to order the woman on the speaker was incoherently mumbling, and I kept having to ask her to repeat herself. She seemed very annoyed when she said (finally at a reasonable volume) “can you hear me now?”, to which I replied “yes, now I can”. She then immediately went back to mumbling, (I think) mentioning that none of the breakfast sandwiches were available because they didn’t have any eggs. I’m not sure how a Dunkin’ runs out of an ingredient needed for half the food on the menu, but I didn’t stick around to ask. All in all, this place is pretty weak. As with most fast food places in the area, just more apathetic employees frequently running out of crucial ingredients.

While at the drive through I witnessed the most horrible customer service from the manager. Long wait time when only one car was ahead. When I get to the window I seen a sign for a 99 cent tea, so I asked for one since I just seen the sticker when I got up there. Manager refused to add to order saying no add on at window. I’ll stay away from this location, and there negativity

Had a craving for some glazed donuts but as I pulled up to the establishment I saw one of the workers sticking tissue in and out of his nose of course my appetite automatically disappeared. Very poor customer service they don't know how to greet you at the drive-thru or even say thank you after your purchase.

First off I have to go this Dunkin Donut location because that is the only 1 near my work place. They always mess up your coffee and never give a receipt when your order is over cooked or missing items. The employees always have attitudes regardless of the time of morning. I spend money everyday. And Im paying for better service. 1cream 3 sugars its not that hard.
