Dunkin'

Don't come here if you want your order to be right. I asked for blueberry flavor in my latte and they gave me an overload of vanilla. I cant even drink this its so disgusting. Will never come back to this location. I said blueberry TWICE. They repeated it back to me and still got it wrong. Absolutely livid I just wasted $8.

First, that black young man with the braids that worked Christmas eve 2021, around 11am-1pm , was RUDE and clearly didn't deserve or need to be getting that holiday pay. I'm all for people taking a mental day if they need one but that disgusting attitude should have been checked at the door. The manager there should use better judgment and not have someone like him with stank attitude as the main contact point with customers. Take him off that window and have him clean at this point or just send him home! Sad and ridiculous. When I got to the window to pay , they repeat your order to make sure it was correct, and what he said was "you had the iced coffee" and I just repeated my order " it was an iced latte w oatmilk and a hot coffee" and I was met with his trifling attitude. He then said, "it's ice in it so it's the right drink, ice is ice" . I even apologized because I said maybe it came off the wrong way because I know food service and I try to be understanding but even after that he was still nasty. DO BETTER. Usually the women in the window that work there are okay ( I had one of the young ladies even look at me bc I know she knew he was talking crazy) but that little boy ugh smh. do better dunkin if that's who yall want representing you. Clearly you need to better develop that human and teach him customer service skills.
