Service was very slow there were 3 employees at the time, 1 working the drive up 1 making the food and the other sitting in a chair in the back room
I ordered 1 sandwich, when they finally called my name there was 1 sandwich on the tray and a Giro with 2 fries 🍟
I wasn't charged for the extra food but still that's not the point

I love Arby's. It used to be a good value but the prices have risen dramatically. The mailer coupons are a great help. I love the gyros.

They never ask if you want sauce with your order and I forget half the time. I wish they would ask.
Last time we went, we placed a mobile order and they were out of the orange cream shakes, but they substituted chocolate instead. They also forgot our mozzarella sticks.
Update: The manager contacted me and made things right. I didn't think anyone would, so I was pleasantly surprised.

I love their Jamocha shake! I go out of my way to get me one of these. It has a mild coffee flavor. I am not a coffee drinker, however, these shakes are amazing. I love them.
I also like the regular roast beef sandwich on which I put tons of horsey sauce. This is a cheap meal that I really like.

Food is always hit or miss. I'm very disappointed with how much they have changed their menu. Especially the chicken sandwiches, absolutely nothing like the original. And no more Chicken cordon bleu?
This used to be one of my favorite fast food(which says a lot because I'm usually not a fan of fast food at all). Now I only will eat here if I'm with someone else that wants it. And I get a simple roast beef. It's about all I can stomach.
THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS THE JAMOCHA SHAKE! They are amazing!

We went through the drive up here. I was surprised at the variety on the menu--it's been a while since I went to Arby's and it was good to see the menu had updated. The people at the drive up were kinda and friendly.
