Out perfect not sloppy like every other subway I’ve been to. And don’t get me started on the cookies! They’re always so fresh. Thank you to the two ladies who helped me and partner today! Wish I knew your names.

Food was overpriced the girls working there were too self involved giggling and didn't get my order correct. 18 bucks for 2 subs. I used to love subway came in 3-4 times a week for lunch but even before COVID they were getting worse and I tried it again after a year and half it's even worse. Disappointed in this company coming from a customer that had been eating at your chains for over 20 years. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND THROW MY MONEY IN THE TRASH. be ashamed

I had and awful experience with and employee there. My sister had knee surgery and had to sit in a no sitting area. Due to a medical issue which I offered to clean after. The manager listened to her employee yell at my sister. I will never go there again.

I ate dinner at your Weboyset Street, Providence, RI location tonight at 6pm. I waited in line for 25 minutes to place an order for one sandwich even though there were only 4 sandwich orders ahead of me. There was only one person working and they were extremely slow. There was no restroom for customers to use even though the restaurant seats about 30 people. There were also no napkins and the beverage refrigerator was broken. I will not be returning.

Fabulous staff friendly and attentive .Cleanest restroom I have seen ever all around wonderful experience every time. Super management. I always stop in every now and then when I'm in the area...

Beyond annoyed! Just walked there for a soup & sandwich, because I'm on a lunch break. I went @12:15 & the girl working there had nothing out. There were no fresh cookies, I asked for soup & before I could even finish my sentence she cut me off and said there's no soup today... Seriously? I asked for a chicken/bacon sub.. When I got back the chicken was hard (it's a 2min. walk) so I'm not sure why that even happened. That girl was so ghetto & unpleasant, not even sure how she was hired.
