Mcdonald's

I ordered 2 large meals and received a medium drink. I told the lady at the window I ordered a large meal. She asked for my recipe. Then, she told me that only the French fries were large. In the history of ordering the same meal, never have I ever had this happen. Not to mention the condescending attitude I received from the worker.

Very bad experience. Waited 20 minutes for my food in the spot I was told to wait. The delivery person apparently gave my food to some other customer. When i went in to ask about my food there was no apology or concern for my wait. They didn't even over to give me my meal free. I took my new order. Come to find out they messed that up too by giving me blueberry pie instead of apple pie like I ordered. I feel like this is a scam. To give your paid food to family and friends. And have you wait and not even care. Awful customer service.

Went to the double drive through and somehow they take 3 orders from one side and ignore the right side drive through. They told me to hold on one minute to take my order. Never happened ! If you going to have two drive Thrus open utilize them ! Don’t make people wait for nothing. Horrible service .

I used to work here, it’s definitely worse than what it used to be. I come here after work because I live in the area & EVERYTIME I come I encounter rude people, I’m always missing something. A few nights ago my pregnant sister and I ordered and we were missing fries and a mcchicken. We left it because we understand people can be extremely tired especially that late at night. Today we go we order and when we order the lady taking the order was very rude, then when we go to the window we’re told they don’t have 2 of the items we asked for.. so now we have to change our order and on top of that the guy forgot to take off the meal he said they didn’t have, so I ended up paying for something I didn’t get at all. Night crew really doesn’t want to do their jobs. Like I said I worked for this same McDonald’s, I know their nightly rules and how things work, I was a CLOSER MYSELF! If people hate their jobs they should literally quit. I used to close with the same consistent 3 people and we could bang out lines. There’s no need for me to be sitting in a line for 30-45 minutes, there’s no way someone can’t do their job on the grill lol I’ve seen it get done by 1 person. So literally have the night crew do better.

Sat at the drive through in the 2nd lane for 10 minutes at the ordering intercom. Watching as all the lane 1 cars were passing. Said hello multiple times, drove up to the payment window and was told to drive around, I explained I just waited and no one took my order, then she said we don't take orders at the window, I stated it's not my fault no one took my order. Then the woman sighed, and with an attitude said so what do you want. Thats when I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I have eaten from here countless times, but today it finally ends. There is something wrong with my order almost every time I eat from here. Usually it’s a minor mistake that I can forgive, like not removing the pickles or condiments. After all, they’re just underpaid and overworked high schoolers. However, I decided to get the BTS Meal today in spite of all this, because how could they mess up 10 chicken nuggets, medium fries, a medium cola, and the sauces, right? Well they forgot the sauce. The damn sauce. They even had the audacity to charge me for it, but withheld the succulent Sweet Chili and the cool Cajun sauces, stopping them from ever reaching my tastebuds. They didn’t give me the bag either, instead replacing it with a regular one. If the store was out of ingredients, the employees did not inform me and pretended that everything was there, which makes them look even worse. I do not think I will be visiting McDonald’s again for a while, and I definitely will not visit this specific location ever again.
