Dunkin'

Went yesterday around 4:30 and the woman there couldn’t hear me so we pulled up as asked and she was extremely rude as I was speaking she kept having the window close mid sentence this happened numerous times not only that but when my brother was trying to hand her the card she let the window close yet again and it almost closed on his fingers btw all 3 coffees were horrible.

I don’t know why I bother stopping here anymore. After a week of going and hoping they’ll get it right (medium iced, caramel swirl, with milk and 1 sugar). They clearly cannot. Never asked for light ice but seem to always get 3 cubes. And for $3 a cup which I grab one 5 days a week, never again. If you can there is literally Dunkin’ Donuts down the street in a gas station, I’d highly recommend going there.

I usually tend to go in the morning and get a special treat. Doughnuts are the usual. Staff will take your order respectfully. Most people enjoy sprinkles on their yummy treat, while otherwise I don't appreciate sprinkles. The texture of them doesn't suit me. So, the other day, I paid for chocolate and strawberry frosted doughnuts. I asked for no sprinkles on my treat. So, I didn't look in the bag when driving home. When I came home, there were sprinkles on the doughnut when I mentioned I wanted none. But that wasn't bad. Usual shop for doughnuts and not unique from other Dunkin' shops.

Lisa was miserable. Didn’t say a word to me just threw the food and coffee at me and that was it. Whoever was on the speaker also said French vanilla and I said no the sugar free vanilla and she goes yeah that’s what I said, in a seriously rude tone. I know the job isn’t glamorous but don’t be a jerk for no reason.
