Great food! Just because it's dining area is empty doesn't mean anything. They are a 24/7 catering superstar. The dining area is more of a friends and family venue than a income.
The sause is simple but true to life Cajun so don't expect that over spiced and sugared fake chemical bbq your soo used to.
Papu would be proud.

I only had time to grab and go but was impressed with what I saw. The location was super clean and the host was friendly and helpful. Having a southern recipe bbq style is a nice change, definitely worth a try if your looking for something different.

We loved the family feel and friendly atmosphere. I chose a combo plate and wasn't impressed with the ribs but the rest was fantastic. As was the cabbage. I would drive the 10 miles there just for the cabbage. It was outstanding!!!
Not convinced it's the best bbq I've ever eaten but it's definitely not the worst and the friendly feel and great service were fantastic.

Not only is the food fabulous, but the owner and his family are friendly and know what good customer service is! Beyond that, the inside of the place is like eating at home - the decor is simple and uncluttered, clean, and homey. Even the bathrooms!! LOVED IT!!!

Definitely get more BANG for your BUCK. I come here at least once a week. Best BBQ I have ever had in my life. Rich history runs through these walls and has the food to back it up. Family owned and very friendly crew. Whether you're there to catch a game, bite, or a break this place will take care of you. Get the Ranger with bubba beans and thank me later!
