Neil, the owner of Blimpies Sub Sandwiches, is the best! He's been there since forever and has the best memory. He remembers all of his loyal customers and always greets them with a warm smile.
The subs at Blimpies are delicious and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The bread is soft and chewy, the meats are tender and juicy, and the veggies are crisp and fresh. I love that Neil is always willing to customize my sub to my liking.
In addition to the great food, Neil and his staff are always friendly and welcoming. They make sure that every customer has a positive experience. I highly recommend Blimpies Sub Sandwiches to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable sub sandwich.

Been coming to the Tatum and Shea location for almost 3 decades now and am always impressed by the freshness and incredible hospitality. I believe it's a franchise and not a corporate establishment and have seen the owner there since i was in high school

Great little spot for a quick sandwich. Sandwiches are good but messy... They do sometimes have a line but they do get thru the lines very quickly.

Cal and Niel are some of the best, most friendly, hard working people I've ever met. Incredibly genuine. Food and service here are amazing. Very friendly and remember my sandwich everytime I come in. Great service.

I brought my daughter here for lunch. It was her first time going through the process of being able to choose all the different aspects of making a sandwich. The staff member was incredibly patient and helped walk her through the process, and she loved the sandwich “way better than Subway…5 stars dad”. Will definitely be back!!

This is the first open Blimpies I've ever seen out West!. It's an east coast started sub chain(Hoboken NJ, Sinatra's birthplace)and I used to go in Baltimore.
I had the regular size "Blimpie" sub(turkey, roast beef, salami, cheddar, veges on parm roll). Let me tell you: there was alot of delicious meat, the most I've ever had on a regular size sub.
The total taste was great with the fresh veges by submaker Garrett.
I got the meal deal with chips. cookie and raspberry tea.
This may be the best sub value in Phoenix metro and the best sub I've had in Paradise Valley.
Blimpie is right behind the Superpumper gas station in Paradise Valley center at Shea and Tatum.

The two older gentleman are great. The younger guy on that day was all over the place I get it over the years i have hired many students for budget reasons but would always end up hiring an older adult in their place. Sometimes older is better lol
