Neil, the owner of Blimpies Sub Sandwiches, is the best! He's been there since forever and has the best memory. He remembers all of his loyal customers and always greets them with a warm smile. The subs at Blimpies are delicious and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The bread is soft and chewy, the meats are tender and juicy, and the veggies are crisp and fresh. I love that Neil is always willing to customize my sub to my liking. In addition to the great food, Neil and his staff are always friendly and welcoming. They make sure that every customer has a positive experience. I highly recommend Blimpies Sub Sandwiches to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable sub sandwich.

I brought my daughter here for lunch. It was her first time going through the process of being able to choose all the different aspects of making a sandwich. The staff member was incredibly patient and helped walk her through the process, and she loved the sandwich “way better than Subway…5 stars dad”. Will definitely be back!!

This is the first open Blimpies I've ever seen out West!. It's an east coast started sub chain(Hoboken NJ, Sinatra's birthplace)and I used to go in Baltimore. I had the regular size "Blimpie" sub(turkey, roast beef, salami, cheddar, veges on parm roll). Let me tell you: there was alot of delicious meat, the most I've ever had on a regular size sub. The total taste was great with the fresh veges by submaker Garrett. I got the meal deal with chips. cookie and raspberry tea. This may be the best sub value in Phoenix metro and the best sub I've had in Paradise Valley. Blimpie is right behind the Superpumper gas station in Paradise Valley center at Shea and Tatum.
