The weekend and holiday crew are awful. They routinely posts a hand written note on door stating drive through only. They then lock the door requiring mobile orders to go through the drive through lane. This wouldn’t be an issue if the lane was empty, but as you can see from the pick it never is. It would better to just not accept mobile orders.

Typically a good experience but today not so much thanks to Angie. I placed my order on the app and went to the store. When I got there they were extremely busy and my sandwich was sitting in the bin so I assumed my cappuccino would be up shortly. After just over 10 mins I had to leave so I asked to cancel my order. Angie didn’t like this and gave me nothing but attitude, even when I asked a different employee what her name was she said “Angie” angrily. Then she sarcastically yelled have a nice day when I left. I’ll be back but not if Angie is there.

Ordered through the app a grande caramel ribbon crunch frap and a grande mocha cookie crumble. The app said it would be 14-16 min but we were there within 10 min. Drinks looked melted like they’d been sitting. So no crumble in the one frap and the caramel on was flavorless ice. I didn’t have time to go back in - I order through the app so I can grab it and head back to work. Two stars for friendly service. $14 for fraps that don’t taste right…not worth it.

I stopped at a hamburger place nearby. Starbucks coffee is way too string for me n makes me ill. I RARELT DRINK COFFEE, PREFER WATER. I went to OSCARS N GOT A SMALL HAMBURGER WITH A LOT OF MUSHROOMS N.FRIED ONIONS. 1.00. UNBELIEVABLY GOOD N COOKED TO ORDER. CAN'T BELIEVE PRICE. I DON'T got yo fast food places but I eill go back here as it's a grade up ftom fast food places like Burger King, McDonald's.. YUK I haven't eaten at a fast food place in years... with obe exception. Arby's is great just not many around or close.

I wanted a brownie but they were out. I thought that was good because I’m technically sort of on a diet. Not really... but then the barista suggested a cake pop which would satisfy my craving but is significantly smaller than a brownie. So I told her that she was a genius (totally true) and she wrote that “I deserve it” on the bag. So true. I’m conclusion, I’m a fan of this Starbucks location.

Over the year this location has gone down. While the people are pleasant the service time and consistency of the beverages is always off. Today took over 30 minutes for a pre-ordered coffee.
One thing ordered was a special treat for my daughter... we ended up leaving to get her to school so, some other kid with his mom got the treat, I wasn't going to drink it. As frustrated as I was with the unacceptable wait time it was great to see the kid smile.
I felt so bad for all the people waiting in the lobby and drive thru. Though I enjoy my coffee treats I'm really feeling that it is no longer worth it to go to this location.
