Cracker Barrel

Mmmm smells so good. Not ate yet but will later been sick and need the nutrition hubby can't be with me so he insist I get cracker barrel. The shop has the cutest thing Sally of it's ouch on prices but still plenty that's within the range of acceptable. So I posted the main stations of items they have on Google maps. Thank you cracker barrel for home cooked style food it's great when your looking for a home and it's not possible to cook in the hotels I have a stove top not a oven for those things. Thank u again.

So upset. Everything was fine at first, the young girl took our orders and gave us our drinks. Time flies and we weren’t offered any refills. We received our food and my husband and I specifically asked for NO CHEESE. So I kindly told our waitress that we asked for no cheese. She seemed annoyed, rolled her eyes, and flipped her checkbook almost to see if we were telling the truth? I swear I told her in a nice way . So then she went to go ask for new orders and while we’re waiting … STILL NO REFILLS :( then she comes back with our plates and she brings us PLAIN CHICKEN BREASTS. At this point my husband and I are hangry and frustrated so we wait for our check and she didn’t even accommodate us or discount anything for the inconvenience. We didn’t even get everything that goes on our order because she brought us PLAIN chicken breasts.

We were quickly seated; however, it took approximately 15-20 min before we were even served drinks or our order was taken. Our drinks were hardly refilled and food we ordered didn’t even come out. The main meal was good and the bill was fixed; but, when you go to a well branded restaurant you expect high customer service. I felt better treated at McDonald’s than what happened tonight.

Alabama is known for their hospitality and friendly demeanor. I definitely got that when I went to this restaurant. I actually have been to this particular restaurant a few times now. All but one time the food was exceptional. One time my country fried steak was way overcooked. The waiter was just too busy to even bother with it. Other than that I love this restaurant for that southern comfort food. They taste the same for all locations. I have been to the locations in California and the two they have in Las Vegas and it is always darn good food and sweet staff. They always have an amazing gift shop that makes you buy something.

The usual Cracker Barrel Experience. The wait was roughly 45 minutes. My daughter and wife shopped while we waited. Once we were seated our waiter promptly greeted us. He was very friendly. We ordered and 20 minutes or so our orders came out. There was several mix-ups, but the waiter did he best to correct. The food was decent except the pancakes which we couldn't cut with a knife. The waiter removed the pancakes from our ticket. The Pork Chops my daughter and I ordered were good along with the corn, hashbrowns and fries. My wife Shrimp were ok. All in all it was a decent trip to CB.

We were surprised at how good our meals were. My wife had the beef and it was delicious-but a larger portion would have been more appropriate. I had the 4 piece chicken meal and everything was great! So good We returned 2 days later for a repeat. I had the 4 piece chicken again and my wife had the 2 piece chicken breast meal and both were completely satisfied!
