Burger King

First time, and last time, going to this Burger King. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 kids meals and one #4. Person on the headset repeated the order correctly, asking if I wanted to medium or large size each of the meals. He also repeated the drink order correctly. I got to the window and the total was $18 and change. I handed my card over; when they handed it back, they did not give me a receipt. Person who was on the headset handed me two drinks and a small bag. When I asked where the third drink and the two kids meals were, he said he only heard that I wanted two cheeseburgers. I asked him if everything else was in the bag and he said yes. I was in a hurry so I left. Turned out he only gave me TWO cheeseburgers and one large fry. (Again, I ordered two kids meals and one #4.) The sketchiness of the whole situation told me it was better to just stick with being ripped off, rather than risk giving them my debit card for a refund or to ask for the proper food. So learn from my mistake and avoid this place altogether.

They open for breakfast at 6 am. I attempted to go through the drive through at 7:45 am. There was no breakfast menu for me to order off of. The person on the speaker said something to the effect of "yeah no one has come outside and changed it yet..." I pulled the menu up online and tried to order something from that menu and was told "oh yeah we don't make that anymore" so I drove off. They obviously couldn't care less. I'm not sure what I expected its a freaking Burger King!

Probably the worst service! I went to drive thru, the order taker is screaming so loud to take orders. I placed my order, drive around, pay my $13.58, received my food no receipt. I ask for ketchup and ranch. Waited and waited but the lady never came back so I left. Drive down the street, about to get on the interstate only to get my burger and realize it’s not even what I ordered. I turn around and go back, get in drive thru, the lady is screaming again. I told her I was just there and received the wrong order, she says pull around. Get to the window and wait for a minute. She finally comes and ask what do I need. I gave her the incorrect sandwich and tell her I received the wrong order. She then hits the cook on the arm and says I told you it was the number three. Then she comes back to the window and ask me to pull around because she bring it to me. Some guy comes out with a bag, as it is raining, goes to the vehicle beside me and just stands there. No one is in this vehicle, he then come to me and gave me the bag and walked off! Never acknowledged me, no one apologized or anything! This place is ridiculous.
