Very good food along with very good prices along with very good service. This place is the definition of bang for your buck. The service was very good and very personable. This is the reason why I like family-owned places such as diners and restaurants that are indigenous to the neighborhood and not places you see all over like chains.

Best breakfast joint- the food is delicious, staff is great and the pricing is awesome. I’m there almost every week. Not suitable for a big party since the place is small, unless you don’t mind sitting at different booths.

Food is served in large servings, very classic diner portions. The food is fresh and wait staff knew the menu better than the menu itself. I would recommend this place to everyone and I'll be going here everytime I'm in Peekskill. I stopped here with 4 other people before a hike at blue mountain and we all paid about $10 for a feast. Great place, great food, little seating.

It has been around since 1936!! An amazing classic diner. Our waitress has been working here for 28 years! Very sweet lady. I loved it!

A good place with great prices. Cash only and personal attentive service. I had the chicken orzo soup which was really, really good and the Italian sausage & peppers sandwich special which wasn't bad either. A great place.
Edit: have been here a couple times now. The open-face turkey sandwich was awesome.

Historic, deliscous and inexpensive. A greasy spoon but for sure worth you time. Terrific coffee and some great people. Not all of the service is perfect, but Anna and Jizelle(?sp) are really good.

Great food! Typical diner prices but well worth it. Very cozy. Old fashioned car diner feel. Convenient parking on same and side streets. Friendly staff! Definitely recommended. Plus if you go around lunchtime on weekends you will have the opportunity to find something cool at the Farmer's Market (Saturday, before 2pm) and Street Market (Sunday, before 4pm). Great place for a nice pleasant family meal, with friends or significant other! Enjoy. :)

WONDERFUL!!! Great portions for such a cheap price! Waitresses are amazing, funny, kind and full of energy. Food tastes amazing! If you're ever not satisfied they quickly do whatever is needed to help you better enjoy your visit.

This place is PERFECT for what it is! I had a delicious breakfast for a fair price! The waitresses were Really nice and the cook smiled a lot. Super cozy, I went later in the afternoon (maybe 12:30pm?) so there wasn't a huge breakfast rush, but I could imagine that it would get packed and be hard to find a table at peak hours. The only thing is that it's cash only, and they don't have a sign up saying that so they should get a sign, or take credit cards, that would be cool so that you can just go eat and you don't have to plan a whole excursion to get cash and what not. Anyways I loved it, can't wait to go back!
