Logan's Roadhouse

First, there was a hair in the salad. They remade it. We got there at noon and it was almost dead - maybe 5 other tables with two people. Didn't get food until 12:45. Steak had zero seasoning so the waitress asked if we'd like to talk to someone and we said yes. Five minutes later no one had come yet and my husband had to leave for work. No one ever came to talk about it. Salmon was ok but asparagus was inedible. If they hadn't taken the steak off of the ticket it would be one star. Service also wasn't terrible but was not great.

Decent food for the most part- I suggest avoiding steaks. The Logan's Teas are great as are the rolls. House salad had definitely been made MUCH earlier that day. Removed a star because we tried to walk back in (after spending $70) and told there wasn't a trash can for a diaper. We didn't ask you to personally touch it. He just needed to drop it in the restroom bathrooms...which were about to be cleaned as its close to closing.

No issues with the staff, just the food. It was visually pleasing but it was visibly cold. No steam, no heat, tried to cut into and eat and even the inside of the steak would be barely considered luke-warm. The grilled mushrooms were cold and undercooked. We told the staff and they were more than happy to have the meal redone but we instead asked if they could just warm it up since we had a time constraint. We got our food back with the meal being slightly warmer than before. When we got the check back they had given us a discount which was nice. But overall, overpriced, cold, and underwhelming.

Our service tonight was TERRIBLE! We went there since typically the food is pretty good. Upon arrival and being seated we waited 10-15 minutes just to have a waitress stop by and say hello and take our drink order. After that had to wait almost another 10 minutes to get the drinks then had to remind the waitress 2 times about the beer my husband ordered. I had to ask to have my drink refilled every time it needed it. The manager brought our food and asked if we needed anything and I asked for a ranch but never got that. After about 15 minutes of looking for our waitress after we finished our meal for a Togo box I had to ask another waitress for a box and our check. She informed us that our girl had another table and apparently forgot about us. We will not be going back! Sad thing was the food was decent but service was so bad. I would hate to see them on a busy night because on a pretty slow one they were HORRIBLE!
