Ice cream is good but they must not train the staff in customer service. The entire staff there needs to be trained on customer service and how to greet customers when they come in. Not just have a blank stair while acting as if they are just there hanging out checking the scenery out. I’m in a customer service role at my place of employment and I can tell you 100% that there is NO emphasis on helping and/or greeting customers in this establishment.

Could not order a milkshake because they ran out of vanilla ice cream. Only had 4 or 5 options of ice cream to choose from. Air temperature in this place was so warm that my ice cream started melting before I walked out the door.

I waited in line for someone to help me,there where three workers just wandering not doing anything. When someone finally helped me they where rude. I asked for the cheesecake ice cream and the worker who was helping didn’t see any so she asked a coworker if there where anymore and he said it was in the counter. She then tried to serve me the melted icecream that was on the counter.

I paid almost $10 for a small cookies and cream milkshake, that tasted like a McFlurry. This place is a scam.
Edit 51022. Worst customer response ever, and I used to handle cases like this for big brand companies. You are supposed to provide the support link. Not encourage me to buy more after I complained.

This was my first time and my last time coming here!! The ice cream was okay but the customer service was non existent !! The boy literally stared at us for 5 minutes and didn’t say can I help you or anything!! The other boy didn’t say anything and just walked off into the back ! They were beyond rude and I will never return to this place even if it’s the last ice cream place on the planet !

Went to pick up my son's birthday cake today (scheduled pick up was today!) and the store is closed (3:20pm) Store personnel are in there at a table having a party and ignoring people coming to the door. A couple outside eating at the neighboring restaurant said I was the fifth person to come up to the door and try to get someone's attention but that they were just ignoring everyone. Since my cake was scheduled to get picked up that day I wish someone had told me when I ordered that they were closing early for a party! I would have happily been there earlier. But when you pick up an ice cream cake, you tend to make that your last stop! My son was so disappointed! We always get ice cream cakes for birthdays but I will never be ordering from this store again! (Last year when we ordered his cake from here, they had the order but never made it! We ended up picking out another cake and that was fine but seriously...)
