Hardee's

Where we live we only have 1 Hardee's location close to us (still a 20 minute drive away). My husband always wants to go to one when we are on vacation. This location seems clean and the lady running the food was on fire. Meaning as soon as the order was up she got it out to the tables. She was taking orders, running out the food and possibly even doing the drive thru (I'm not for sure on that though). That lady deserves a raise!!! The food was so good the rest of our trip we stopped at many Hardee's along the way. This one and our last one were the best ones imo. Keep up the great work and we will be back the next time we are near by!!!

Small-town Hardee's . . . Same great food, and great customer service. The only issue is that this one is in Newton, IL, and like everywhere else in the town, it closes at 8 pm. If you get into town late and you're hungry, you probably need to go to Effingham to get something to eat, if you don't want Casey's pizza.

I've literally had one accurate order from here. It's such a common occurrence, I've almost stopped going to this location. The worst experience is when one order was messed up, I called them. They answered the first call, said they'd call me back, but never did. So I called back throughout the following day, only to be ignored. They at one point actually left the phone on so I couldn't get through. I only know this bc I went back to the location, and called again while the phone was in view. I asked about it, and the manager claimed it was "acting up" and still refused to fix the order because they said I didn't contact them! Awful service from a few select workers, the 2nd star in my review is for the good workers with excellent customer service skills, they at least have some decent ones. Fast food for ya, lol.
