Hardee's

My wife and I order's were made wrong. My chicken sandwich was missing the bacon, I love bacon, I paid for bacon, my chicken should have had the bacon. My wife's chicken club came as a plain chicken sandwich with no club at all, the sandwich was to have bacon, lettuce, and tomato, none of these items were on the sandwich. Supposedly, the district manager is going to make this right and send coupons to replace our meals, haven't received anything in the mail as of yet, a week later. The staff was friendly. The food we did receive was okay. Be sure to check your food before you leave the restaurant and avoid the no club disappointment.

I probably won’t go back to this Hardee’s. Not only did they forget one of our drinks, they also didn’t give us straws. I had to go back in to the store 2 times just to get all of what I should have at the DRIVE THRU. All I got was oh, sorry. The fries were old and soggy, and the chicken tenders were basically crumbs left at the bottom of the bag. I do NOT recommend this place. For being as expensive as they are, they need to step up the quality of the food and experience of eating there to match the price! Next time, I’m just going to Mc Donalds.

I seen two truck drivers tried to go into the building to get food, but they're dining area is still closed. Those drivers were unable to get food because their trucks cannot go through the drive-thru. We also ordered five sandwiches and when we got our food and pulled away we realized we were missing one sandwich. We went back through the drive-thru and they made their mistake right.
