Today I went to purchase a strawberry dragon fruit refresher. I asked the guy for a large with no ice , he then told me if I didn’t want any ice then I will be charge an extra $1.00 towards my order for not wanting ice! At first I thought he was joking because I never heard of that before. I really needed something to drink before heading to training so I got a medium with ice because I wasn’t giving the choice to place an order without ice. I will never support dunkin after this.

The indian lady at the register was rude and would not accept a coupon from the Peel to Win promotion. She told me to go use it somewhere else.
