Mcdonald's

I been to alot of McDonald's across the country. This is by far the worst one I've been too. I never seen a burger so dry and burnt. I had to go back for extra Mac sauce after being charged for it. I hate to go back up again. I tried to just deal with it and eat it but the burger meat was burnt crispy. I just toke pictures and chalk up another $15.07 lost.

As usual, there is something McDonald's just cannot handle, and for me, it's the Quarter Pounder Deluxe. I order it without cheese, without ketchup, without onions, but with extra pickles. Typically, I get one that is "regular", because muscle-memory-over-accuracy, and send it back. The person/s in back always have the same bewildered look, as though they can't believe they're being held to the instructions they failed to read on the overhead screen, as well as the slips of paper provided by those small printers. None of it EVER fails. Now... Considering the fact that these people are doing jobs that most others are simply not capable (without the same training), I refuse to use the term "unskilled labor". With that, I have expectations, which should include the ability to READ, the ability to comprehend, the ability to READ, and the ability follow written instructions. This is NOT unskilled labor, just a group of untrained persons, winging it. Fix it. I cannot advocate for higher pay for you guys, if you don't believe in getting it right. 😐

Sometimes people amaze me... And not always in a good way! I had a wonderful meal in Newton... I'm staying in a hotel out by the Iowa Speedway and there is a Love's truckstop across the way with a McDonald's.... So I think... I'll go thru the drive thru and get a caramel frappe.... Well... There is some junk car literally parked across the drive thru blocking it with no one inside of it.... Apparently this is their way of closing the drive-thru!....so I go inside... No one working the counter... So I stood there for a full five minutes with two female employees seeing me standing there.... Finally one turns to me and not in the most polite way shouts across the room "are you paying by cash or card!?".... I said cash.... She literally rolled her eyes... Gave a huge sigh... And comes to the only register that was open where I was standing... And not in any polite manner at all "what can I get you!?".... My answer... "how about a new attitude?".... That went over like a fart in church.... Ordered my frappe... Paid and she actually threw the change at me and walked off... I made a point of watching her make it so she didn't put anything "extra" in my drink.... Amazing! And they want a raise!?

Definitely the inferior McDonald's or the two we have in town. Multiple times the drive thru has been closed without reason ( and a couple times without even notice posted, you just wait for a few minutes with no help and have to assume it's not open). Go to the other McDonald's in town, if you can.
