Slow, slow, slow and slow! Did I mention slow?
I also find it insulting and ridiculous that you order and pay for a medium fry, yet don't get what you paid for!
The girl taking orders doesn't know how to alternate between lanes, 3 cars on the inside lane went before she even asked what I wanted and then she said she couldn't hear me even though I'm hanging out my window as close to the speaker as I can get!
Just not a good establishment, it's chaos mixed with an inability to function properly. I live in Nashville and this is why I've only been to this McD's 3 times ever!

This was by far the best McDonald's I have ever been to. It was clean, service was fast and our order was perfect. Most of all though the employee that waited on us was extremely personable and funny and accommodating and just way more than you expect from a McDonald's employee.

A very good example of the restaurant chain. Food was great and drive-thru moved quickly. It was a little confusing because this restaurant is unusual in that it has three drive-thru windows instead of two. So some of the people in the line seem to be confused about where to stop.

Can I give half a star??? Poor service..... sweet tea wasn't sweet... my burgers were so sloppily prepared and had all the pickles stacked in one spot and the buns were sitting halfway on the sandwich... almost charged me for a filet o fish that I didn't order.. also forgot our dipping sauce.......pathetic

I always love this place, it always smells AMAZING at breakfast time. Recently got a job here and saw just how HARD they work to get orders right. Debbie, Jean, all of you guys, thank you for making this place the best fastfood place in nashville!

Little girl walking around clueless working here. Young boy running front counter wasn't paying attention. Food was raw 2 chicken nuggets stuck together and cold in the center. No ketchup anywhere. Dirty tables worse experience ever.

Typical McDonald's. Nothing over the top but nothing out of whack. Order was fast and accurate. Workers were nice.

The food was trash, the buns were stale and a blind person could have put the burgers together much nicer. Patties half off the bun with mustard and catchup all in the wrapper
