Mcdonald's

We chose to do curbside. We waited over ten minutes for our lunch. The no salt fries tasted good despite being only warm instead of hot. The drink they brought out for me was a coke instead of diet. I called inside and let them know. They quickly corrected the issue with my drink. The value chicken sandwich and Big Mac tasted alright. Maybe they use a different distribution than back home. The gentleman who brought us our food and drink correction was polite and friendly. Lunch was good for the value.

I must commend this McDonald's staff. I was quite impressed with the service. They were open and serving guests inside. And, what was truly remarkable was that the very sweet young lady took our order at the counter...no kiosk for us, thank goodness. And, who knew, she even brought our meal to our table...and with a smile she hoped that we would enjoy our meal. Such a lovely change from any other McDonald's that I have been to in the Charleston area since before COVID. Awesome job, McDonald's!!

It's very clean now. Whoever the male manager is, he's doing an awesome job. No playing around on the job as far as I can see. The worker Raphael that works in there needs to be employee of the week, month, and year. Raphael does a great job in greeting the customer and making conversation. He has connected with the customer. I didn't want to eat from this McDonald's before simply because of the young people playing around all the time. God bless that male manager( the one I'm talking about, I think he's Spanish).

Weird to give a McDonald's a full rating. But this one was on point! They were slammed busy, wrapped around the building 2 times, busy. The young man working the front counter was taking orders, helping drop fries, bagging orders, doing Uber, helping people....he was amazing! The manager came around at one point who was also kind and he made sure we were OK. The place was very clean and the food was perfect!

Stop by to grab early breakfast before a fishing trip. Order a couple of Mcgriddle combos and they were awesome! We both had perfectly cooked hashbrown and delicious iced Carmel coffees too! I don't eat much McDonald's but this location was clean, friendly, and delicious! Everthing you'd expect from a major fast food company! Kudos to the franchise owner and the team running this location. 👏
