Dunkin'

Interesting experience this morning. Went inside to order some donuts (has been a minute since I’ve been to this Dunkin’). Stood around waiting for one of the 4 folks working there to talk to me - one eventually did, letting me know to put in my order at the kiosk. I guess this is the way things are going now. Interact with devices, not people 😔. After placing the order it took a little while to get the donuts, but not too bad. Meanwhile I redownloaded the Dunkin’ app (last time I tried to use it there were no nearby stores that would take an order from it). It seems like using the app and ordering ahead of time is the way to go these days. TLDR - IMO it’s not as bad as all the other recent reviews state.

Came in May 4th around 9:45am. All the employees was busy working. The cashier took my order within a minute of walking inside. She was very friendly n professional. I did not see a public restroom which is odd for a coffee shop or any restaurant. The store looks old and run down. I expect more from Dunkin especially seeing it’s in Mt Pleasant. This is the town where it’s majority wealthy citizens yet this is the worst looking Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. It was clean just old and run down. Dunkin’ needs to remodel n give the employees a better atmosphere to work in and the paying customers a better place to sit. No wonder the lobby was empty. You go to Starbucks n it’s always a lobby full of people.
