I came in and ordered some coffee after having a long and restless night. When I walked through that door, Eduardo was there with his wide smile and nice words. You can tell that this man loves his job working here and I recommend people come on by and chat with this guy.

Give all the employees a raise. Very courteous, happy, and always accommodating! Always a pleasure going to this particular Starbucks and always low wait times. A well managed establishment, in my humble opinion!

Hands down the best customer service than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. The barista, Eduardo is simply amazing! Always super attentive & overly friendly. He is definitely an asset to your company.

Excellent service, the staff was very friendly. The drinks are well made. We ordered a Tall Toasted White Chocolate Mocha and a Grande Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew.

The manager is super rude , and kinda crazy. They don't listen to you as you order, so they get your order wrong. They were supposed to replace a drink, but I forgot about it and paid then they got the second drink wrong and when I went to take the replacement the manager jumped up to me and said " You keep getting free drinks (mind you I've gotten one replacement drink and that was even wrong) you need to try the drink before you leave!!!! I said you are being very abrasive, the drink burns my mouth the second yall give it to me. She gives me a super rude look and walk off. I don't see how she ever made it into management omg. Worst experience at Starbucks ever. If I'm paying 5 a coffee. It needs to be what I asked for.

Staff is always so nice in the mornings and the line can be long.. I don't mind cause my order is always right and delicious!

Whoever this location had working the drive through between 6:30pm and 7:00pm was the rudest worker I’ve ever seen here. Never had a problem with anyone here until tonight. Brown haired girl that I didn’t get the name of, when I pulled to the drive through and let her know I had an order ahead she said “See you at the window” very quickly.
They weren’t busy, because I was the only car in drive through.
When I got to the window she wordlessly handed me my food and drinks (very very quickly), and then shut the window. Never said anything. Extremely rude and I would hope that the manager would correct her behavior.
