Kfc

I know I asked politely when ordering for no thighs and it was confirmed with the team member taking the order. I know I asked politely at the window, to make absolutely sure that no thighs were in my order, and this was also confirmed by the team member handing out the order. Yet, the order had plenty of thighs. The chicken was also very old and oily. It was not anywhere near fresh. The entire meal was ruined and could not be eaten. Whether it was one person or the entire team, you all could not have done a better job of doing a completely inept job had you done it on purpose. Over the past few years, this has increasingly become more of the norm, especially during the presidential campaign toward November. Some might say I'm acting entitled. The only thing I was entitled to but did not get was a rare but decent takeout meal for my family. So, which is it, inept or on purpose?

I was sick and ordered the chicken pot pie. Was told that they were cooking and stil had about eight to ten more minutes left. I said ok. Well it took over that amount of time for me to even get to the window. By the time I reached the window they were boxed up and waiting. That's how slow and long the four cars ahead of our were.

Slim under the skin of chicken has nothing to do with how it is fried. It has to do with washing the chicken and removing the slim. If you eat chicken and slim is under the skin the chicken has not been washed/cleaned. Restaurants need to always serve fresh food. People pay for your food and always always always it should be fresh. My chicken today was old not fresh at all. If I come to KFC today and get fresh chicken tomorrow should be the same. It is getting to a point where It is not safe to eat out. If you are not going to give good quality service them close your business.

This is place is not a great KFC location. We did some work at ALDOT and my crew ate here for lunch. To start off with, the bathrooms and dining area were very dirty / dingy. When I ordered, I was never assigned an order number, they just called out orders by what food it was. My food was good, but one of my guys ended up feeling stomach ill the rest of the day. Won't be back.
