Dunkin'

The staff are great. In general I love this store. However recently they have no diet coke. Firstly, who runs out of a national brand like that? Secondly as I use an app to order, they cannot refund me the price of the missing coke. You have to call up the national dunking number and wade through a series of prompts, before getting very nice Indian I think representatives who have the worse phone lines ever. You then have to argue to only get a refund of the single coke and not the whole order. Just a pain I don't need. Getting one star until they fix it.

Quick and easy ordering. They practice good social distancing, with all employees wearing masks and all customers. The employee taking my order was friendly and cordial, which is always appreciated. The food is what you would expect from a Dunkin. Overall a great experience. Would come back there again.

I made up my mind to stop going to this location and the other one on Applegarth (same owner) back during the summer. Tired of the frustrated, overworked, employees who clearly didn't care to provide anything more than the bare minimum in service. Any attempt to request the slightest deviation in their routine was more than they could take. I've been going to Wawa just slightly down the road for everything Dunkin' can provide and more and with much better service. That said, a friend asked me to go by Dunkin this morning to get them a coffee so I went just for them. It turns out, as I turned from the drive up window to set down a tray of coffee, one of the cups did not have a plastic plug in the hole and a large wave of the coffee, with cream and sugar in it, went all over my passenger seat. Typical of this place, one of them simply didn't care enough to put the plug into both cups. Amazingly, this place took the time to make a sign (see photo) asking customers to BE NICE TO THEIR STAFF when their staff is so indifferent. The world is truly changing I guess when rather than encouraging service workers to be nice - the customers instead are admonished to do so. This says SO much about the managment here, and probably throughout Dunkin' which truly ranks among the lowest of franchise store quality and service. God help us.

I'm here right now and one of the BEST dunkin donuts I've been at! There one closer to my house which is the worst. So I came to this location and the service was fantastic! They made me the best iced latte with extra shots! I totally recommend coming to this location. Plus they have really nice seating outside. 👍❤

Of course the donuts and coffee were great. The facility is always clean and neat. The young man who took my order remembered exactly what I ordered yesterday for both my mother and myself. Pretty amazing when you consider all the customers he sees. I go there each month when I come to Jersey to visit my mother. And this same young gentleman always greets me in a friendly and welcoming manner. Great experience!
