Fazoli's

The food is good, just a smaller portions than what I expected, we were traveling through we thought we have a bite, it took about 12 minutes after ordering to get their food. I thought it would be faster than this. My personal opinion that you should get the pepperoni breadsticks and instead of the pepperoni pizza it was much cheaper and my wife for more satisfied then my two miniature Pizza slices.

Me and my wife drive all the way from Toledo to come to this location. Walking in the door we are met with the smell of sewage or rot, having been in food service previously this is usually a dirty drain/ drains. Every time we have been here prior we were met by friendly staff at the counter and a reasonable clean store. Almost every table was dirty, the garbage can is overflowing, for some reason they have chosen to suspend service for diners bagging every single order and calling names instead of the normal table service which may be contributing to the dirty state of the store instead of trays and reducing the amount of garbage made. The person at the counter seemed like she would rather be anywhere else than working (which I suppose is fair, we all feel that way) not the welcoming environment normal experienced here. For the 30 minute drive it's been a disappointing time so far and doesn't look to be improving. Edit: I assume the long wait and state of the store is due to staffing issues. Hopefully this location can get back to what me and my wife enjoyed previously. The biggest upside is the food is still phenomenal. Hot fresh and great portions. Adding 2 stars for food and understanding staffing issues. SOLVE THE SEWAGE SMELL ISSUE!!!

So I finally was around one after years and was so excited to get their food again. Needless to say I'll never be back to this one. 1. Girl at the counter was very rude. Manager was very nice even tho I had to talk to her a couple times of being there under an hour. 2 they gave my order to someone else after I had been waiting for over 20 minutes and the 3 groups of people got their food before me. My one friend got a pizza that had more than just a couple hairs baked into his pizza. Cook was rude after I returned my order for being made wrong twice in a row. I'd really like to give them a 0 star.

The Food was good and have always had great service from Fazoli's but yesterday was anything far from good. Around 4 pm yesterday we stopped for an early dinner and the heavy set blonde girl behind the counter was rude, short with customers, cussing terribly with children present, talking about other people's personal business and appeared to be under the influence. Since we travel frequently I will definitely be avoiding going to that exact Fazoli's again.
