Always wondered service and the best biscuits so even if you don't really like seafood, the wide variety of items on the menu will give you no excuse to miss those. I love they have the calories on the menu to make smarter choices so you can eat another biscuit without too much guilt. Ask for Heather because she gives wonderful service.

Annaka behind the bar made my evening! I’m traveling for business, ordered the Monday special. It was not Monday. It was Sunday and there were no specials. Without missing a beat, she recommended a menu item that was similar with NO SHAMING! I ordered my steak medium well, again no shaming, when the steak arrived she asked me to cut it to make sure it’s to my liking. Brown w/ faintest of pink, it was perfect and she offered me steak sauce. She gave a little history on the local IPA and let me taste it, also wonderful, so I ordered the mega-pint. Overall good, dependable food as always at RL, Annaka made the difference. Go, sit at the bar, and enjoy good food with great service!!

My family went here yesterday for dinner. RED LOBSTER in MONROE,Mi To say our experience was bad, is an understatement. 100% We were seated right away. When we were seated the room was nearly empty.. The waitress came over to our drink orders. When she finally came back later without our drinks she took our dinner orders. We waited almost 20 minutes or more just to get our drinks. No straws to drink our drinks with.. we waited and waited We waited patiently... The room started to get more customers by this time The waitress said she would bring bread to us...we waited again patiently... still,no bread delivered to our table. As we watched her go to other tables, that came in long after we arrived, take over their orders, bringing them drinks, straws,breads etc and better yet,... their entire meals.. We watched tables come and go before we got our food.. As my family sat there basically completely ignored.. I asked our waitress for straws, a simple request, and nothing... I had to ask a different waiter for help. Still no bread...no straws... Finally after sitting there waiting for well over 45 minutes to an hr... I believe it was the supervisor that began to bring out our meals.. Then the waitress tried to take over passing out our meals. We spent a lot of money there for our food yesterday ... and the service we received was soooo unsatisfactory... As we asked for containers to pack up and our bill she said sure.. again.. we waited and waited.. then she started cleaning off tables... Finally she brought containers and wouldn't you know, the waitress brought out a basket of biscuits. . Yesterday was was supposed to be a night shared with laughter with my family but instead it was a complete nightmare. I was and still am so upset over this.. I hope management sees this. Because our experience and family dinner was ruined.

The service was good, the food not so much. My son got the kids chicken and fries. His was the same size and my fish dinner, which is just one small piece of fish and some fries. I was highly disappointed. I didn't have high expectations, but if it's a Friday night special of a fish dinner, I expect it to be an actual fish dinner. Also my service was carry out.

Terrible place! The girls up front had no smiles, no greeting, no idea if there would even be a wait. We were seated for 10 minutes before our waiter showed up. Apps were fantastic. Main courses were not at all! His was edible. I had no utensils so I have no idea how mine was. Waited 30 minutes for waitress to bring them and finally just asked for to go boxes instead. Manager showed up annoyed with us so we didn't even get those. $130 dinner for date night completely failed. Do not recommend this place ever. Go to Angelo's next door! They are fantastic!!!
