Hands down, my worst experience at a fast food restaurant. Slow service, "can't understand you over the drive through," no chicken, inside closed, only ordered 3 kids burgers and 3 small fries for $18, at the window the attendant was confrontational and cared little for service or what we needed. If it weren't for my hungry kids I would've left, especially after waiting for 20 minutes to just order with only 1 customer infront of us.

Drive through only on Saturdays? This why I will not make that mistake again. Sat in line 15 minutes to order. Shirt supply of workers, cool I get it. Watched car infront order 7 biscuits. I order 4. We pull up to pay and that order is filled while I have to pull aside to wait. Cool, covid worker short staffed, I get it. I watched 10 cars pull up get their order and leave. 17 minutes later I get my biscuits, so almost 40 minutes waiting. Just to realize later I only got 3. SMH. NO EXCUSE.

Sorry service. Ordered 2 #6 burgers with no cheese. They gave me cheese anyway, and also gave me the #1 burger meat for the premium #6 burger. Got cheated on what I wanted on the burgers and sold the cheep burger for the premium price. Monroe Hardee's needs to close shop. Cannot trust their food there.

Picked up food at the drive through today and was greeted with a slim black woman that has been there for years. Her and the manager were super nice. Food was great as always too.

This is a good place if you need a quick place to stop for some burgers or fries. They are normally quite quick, and they have decent burgers.

Hardee's in Monroe used to be a good place. Now all the food looks like it was stomped on before being placed in the bag. Very dissapointed

This is my second time here with a mobile order, and for the second time after waiting a good fifteen minutes both times they hadn’t even started it yet. Eat anywhere else.
