They make your order your way right away. It has been their best motto since I can remember. I enjoyed working there, and the great flame-broiled taste is very genuine and unique. By far, my most favorite burger joint. Plus, it's known nationwide by pretty much everyone. Their new vegan burger should be no surprise for vegans interested in trying a real vegan burger.

Ordered a simple order of chicken fries, but asked for them fresh. When I got them they were hot so I drove away, bit into the first one, they were not fresh, they just placed an old order in the fryer to pass them off as fresh. Had to turn around on 41st to go back. Then they seemed like it was so much trouble to drop a fresh order... smh it was a simple ask

I hate to say it, but something with my order is always wrong when I go Burger King.
The burgers are also meh, quite dry, and fries are warm (almost never fully hot).
I still enjoy the food when I have coupons, but normally won't visit to buy at full price.

Ordered a large onion ring and it was half full. We asked for a side of pickles and didn’t get it. They never get our order right.

I have never had a bad customer service experience here. Everyone here is so nice they’re amazing!!!!

I pull up to order and half the menu don't work. Took them about 5 mins to take my order. I order a BIG KING meal with large fry n drink and a 8 pc mozzarella stick. It took them another 10 mins to get me my drink and pull me around cues the mozzarella sticks were cooking.Ok you think BIG king and the photo your getting a ok sized sandwich with your meal. NO ITS THE SIZE OF A CHEESEBURGER. Start on my mozzarella sticks and they are bland as hell and not hot at all. I payed good money yo be disappointed. I was not be back.
