Fries were cold, 1st order was totally incorrect and then received sass from the girl behind the counter when I told her. Hell, why not give me new fries as well that weren’t soggy and literally cold at the same time since every other thing about my order was screwed up.. last time I’ll ever be back to this location. They are 0-4 (at least) on being able to take a simple order. Go anywhere else people..

My kids absolutely love McDonald’s and I want to like it as well but the obscenely lengthy wait times make it a love-hate relationship. I’ve tried ordering through the drive through, I’ve used the mobile app and always end up waiting 20 minutes or more for a happy meal. The mobile app is frustrating because I order when I’m leaving my daughters practice about 10 minutes only to arrive and find out they don’t even start my order until I park. Kind of defeats the purpose of the Mobile app. I sit and watch people go through the drive-thru and realize they’ve arrived after me, ordered and received their food. The lobby orders are pretty quick but the lobby smelled awful the last time I was inside. Definitely not a something I would want to smell when trying to enjoy my food. Hopefully that was just temporary.

Nobody answered when we went through the drive through so my husband went in. The employees inside said they were closed. Online it says 24 hours. He then said he went through the drive through and asked if it was open. Nobody responded, so we proceeded through the drive thru again only to be ignored once again. I hope the district manager sees thus and realizes how much business his employees are turning away. I can't even give them a star.
