10pm in a Wednesday....not exactly a time for a rush. Lobby is closed and there are 3 cars in the drive thru....we all have our cars shut off because the wait is so ridiculously long. The drive thru speaker works fine, but the young lady working the window does not speak in complete words so understanding anything said is near impossible. the food may be great, but I shouldn't have to wait more than 20 minutes at a place that isn't busy to pick up online orders that should already be ready. Inexcusable, but about parfor the course for anywhere in this area bif this city

It's a problem in most of the fast food restaurants around here, come and find employees in the phone or doing something different than assisting the costumers. Of course it will take more than 15 or 20 min to have your food. Just McDonald's is the one working serious in the area. Sad.

Most awful fastfood experience ever. I waited 20 minutes behind 2 cars, got to the window to be asked to repeat my order, repeated order,waited 7 more minutes, cashier never came back to window to ask for payment or anything, so i left.

The line was so long ( i understand)employees was not friendly, and my fries was so hard i had to spit it back out.

I hate Krystals. I don't no why they changed there fries, but there disgusting. I will never eat Krystals again until they bring there Old fries back.!

Great customer service, but could someone please clean up the lobby? Every table was dirty and there were dead bugs everywhere.

I was so happy when I realized that this Krystal's was open late still unlike the others. Was worried the food was gonna disappoint me but no . It was very good actually for after midnight . It was hot and fresh.
