Subway

This is not our normal stop for Subway. I read the reviews and thought..Most were good..good rating. BUT the low marked ratings seemed to be true. Yes, the bread tasted stale! They do not put much on their subs. The veggies were all over and hard to find but most of all wilted, had stems in them and the onions had the peels (not pleasant pulling out of the sub while eating). Kind of messy with other items falling into others during prep. My daughter's sandwich had about half the meat she gets at our local Subway. Meanwhile they were not busy at all since we went at an off time. We'll stick to our normal spot!

Horrible experience. Used to visit this location pretty often but stopped by again recently and was treated to the worst customer service ever. The two girls working there were beyond rude. Tried to tell us they were closed at 8PM when it was clearly marked they were open to 10PM. Rushed us, even though there were no other customers, told us we couldn't sit where we chose and made us move to the other side of the dinning area after we were settled. Then left the restaurant while we were eating. Pretty sure it's against policy for employees to leave customers alone in the building. Seriously whoever owns and runs this location you have to hire some better help. This used to be the corporate test kitchen years back and was run so much better back then.

I come all the way from New Haven for this Subway. They are absolutely delicious here. The food is always fresh and carefully displayed. It's always very clean and the staff that I've met so far, Diamond, Dasia (apologies if I spelled her name wrong), and Ed are extremely polite, fast, and knowledgable. I will definitely be going back.
