Jamba Juice

Ordered a chunky strawberry bowl from Jamba Juice and they didn’t even bother to blend it, it was completely frozen, but they sure did a good job covering the top of the bowl with fruits and granola so I couldn’t tell that it wasn’t even blended until I could sit down and eat it at home. I tried calling in around 7:40pm today to see if there’s anyway they could remake it before they closed and the phone just rang and rang and rang. Mind you, their hours on Google and online says their open until 8pm. Complete waste of money.

Wonderful clean store with friendly staff. We do drop by there every 2-3 months. So far our new favorite is their Electric Berry Lemonade...it's amazing!! However, tried their Vanilla Blue Sky 3 times so far & unfortunately we just can't seem to like this flavor at all. Anyway, very convenient location with lots of parkings. Thanks for the great service every time!

I couldn't decide on what kind of smoothie I wanted, so I asked this sweet Gem if They would choose for me , They were very considerate of what kind of tastes I was a fan of, it was a cool conversation to have. They gave a smoothie I absolutely fell inlove with and I will be back to this very store because of how sweet the environment was

The peanut butter mood is the only thing I get there so I am pretty sure I know what it should taste like. I ordered 2 large and 1 small no bananas. First thing I noticed was there are a few things missing like the frozen yogurt. I believe you use that to make it shake like.....so you can see how missing that step would change the whole drink..... they are all like this. I will not be returning to this location. And the staff had no clue what they were doing.

I ordered a delivery through the app and it never came. I was given a delivery time and they took my money I just never showed up. I didn’t receive any sort of notification my order wasn’t coming so after I contacted customer service I was given a refund but no explanation or apology, just a refund and that was that. I was surprised that nothing else was done about it

The staff at this location is great. But the owners need to fix the AC. It seems cruel for the staff to have to work in a 90F+ building during a heat wave. It’s unbearably hot as a customer who is only in here for 10 minutes. But it’s just downright cruel for their staff who have to work in this heat. It feels like a hot car in the building. If it weren’t for this issue, I’d give this location 5/5.
