Mcdonald's

I order 6 chocolate chip cookies and was told by the young lady who took the order that they only had 3 cookies left, I asked her if they were finished cooking cookies for the evening. if not I was willing to wait for them to cook some more. She gave you my total of $2.12 and asked me to pull around to the 2nd drive-through window. The manager who was very polite took the my money and said that it would be 3min for my cookies. Well I guess I shouldn't have been willing to wait for my daughter's cookies. Because as a thanks for my patience I was given 3 HARD BURNT cookies and is no way they didn't know what they were serving.

This McDonald's always has great hot food!! I've never been disappointed, and even if they miss giving you an item they are so pleasant, and they make sure you receive your item. I'm never disappointed at this location. I actually live close to DC, but when visiting my son and his family in this area I'm always excited to go to this McDonald's and I didn't typically enjoy other locations, so I usually only get food for my children, and not myself, but not here!! It just took trying a fry from my son, and I was hooked!! Always fresh and hot!!

The staff was very friendly, but so sloooow! After waiting at the window for 5 or 6 minutes, they ask us to put over to the side that our order would right out. After 6 cars go thru they come out and ask what we ordered. 10 minutes later our food come out with a smile. The fries were hot but not the burgers.lol

I had a very unpleasant experience going through the drive-through at this location. The person who had rung me up I had to introduce myself by hello how are you and was totally ignored the person that once again after several times being ignored I ask for the supervisor in regards to the way they were treating me in the Drive-Thru. The person who was ringing me up refused to get the manager that was on duty therefore I had to go out of my driver truck window for the supervisor eventually the supervisor came to my attention and said that the person was getting ready to be fired anyways other than that I think that the experience there was rather horrible and highly recommend nobody go to this location. Not to mention my food was cold as well. I did call corporate on them and I hope that that person does get fired I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one day they were extremely ignorant to that day otherwise I had to go to another McDonald's to get some kind of satisfactory service. Once again I truly believe that person should be fired also they need to keep the food hot and ready to go it's called fast food not snail food. if a person is getting ready to get fired I highly recommend not putting them at the window due to the nature of the area and city of Baltimore that we live in I highly recommend not putting somebody that ignorant the window could result in a tragic situation upon the person's disgust and anger towards the General Public.

It sucks that this is the location closest to me, I really keep trying to give it numerous chances, but it always falls short from expectations. Food is always just warm when i get it and cold by the time i get home. The fries which are my FAV is never cooked right or look fresh, more like wilted and old. Window service is not what it should be, always double check my order and if its wrong I always receive attitude. Its a drive for me but Middle River location always on point! No matter the time 😑.

Restaurant was short staffed. Waited 15 minutes in the dining room for our food after waiting for about 8 minutes just for some one to take our order. They seemed to care more about the drive through then the people waiting in the dining room. Dining room smelled like sewage. While I waited for my food, an employee answered her cell phone and started cussing someone out about smoking pot in her house in front of my 5 year old. You don't want to go here.

So irritated with this location. The food is never correct, there is always an issue. It’s either incorrect or food is missing. The staff has no clue what they are doing and management is a joke. I always end up being parked and waiting more then 20 minutes for my food. Someone needs to get this place together.
