Menu prices don't match register prices. Cashier said he had told them and I wasn't the first to complain. Called corporate they said I wasn't first to complain. They told me to go back for refund sooner than later. Everyone was nice, but issue isn't addressed. Food satisfies the brisket need, but other places do the same.

My 1st time there and for a good meal and some BBQ you can try this spot and when you dune in the BBQ sauce served hot and I like that!!!

I ordered the brisket plate with potato salad and baked beans. The flavor of the brisket was good but 2 pieces were mostly fat. 😔 My sides were good and complemented the meat well. It was a great value. Service was fast and friendly too. I stop there sometimes on my way to the mall or whenever I have a taste for good barbeque.

The brisket was mostly fat but the ribs were good. Our biggest issues were the rudeness of the staff and the portion sizes. If you're going to charge $16 for a meal, there either needs to be more meat or better quality meat. The side salad consisted of about 3 pieces of lettuce and 3 soggy croutons. There was more salad dressing than actual salad (the side containers pictured are about an inch tall). We won't be eating here again.

This was my $12 potato that I ordered with sour cream, spicy bbq sauce, extra meat and cheese. When I asked for the correct order they said that was their last potato and they didn’t have bbq sauce. Everything was dry and gross

First, I understand the staff was stressed and could’ve used one more person. They handled a rude customer pretty well. But it did take a long time to get the food which was severely underwhelming. I got a ribs plate and another combo with the kielbasa and brisket. The ribs were really rubbery. The kielbasa and brisket plate would’ve been great if the portions weren’t so small. The value of the food for the price paid isn’t justifiable. The fried okra was really good though!

Stopped by this afternoon for a quick lunch. This place is consistently good, fast and VERY friendly. I ate inside. The manager, Destiny, checked on me regularly and thanked me for coming in. They make it easy to spend my money there, and I always leave full! Thank you and your crew Destiny!

Definitely giving this place a 10/10 simply because of the professionalism itself! Me and my family were dining in, when a KAREN came in and was extremely racist, taunting the restaurant goers and the staff. The staff was extremely professional, while this woman was very rude, and racist. Definitely made our dining experience much better. THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER AND STAFF AT THIS PLACE!
