Great Baskin Robbins, great friendly hardworking employees, clean, we enjoy our every visit but worry about their safety at night when it looks like an unhealthy possible homeless person is in the store, stays to eat at a clean table and the girls are by themselves but are also courteous to that person at the same time not knowing what could happen. Please make sure th ey stay safe👍🏽🇺🇸🤗🇺🇸

I normally love ice cream here but the last couple times have been a bit disappointing. 1) The waffle cones we've gotten have holes in the bottom so it leaks out the bottom. 2) The service stinks. I feel compelled to mention that tonight the guy behind the counter had the personality equivalent of a doorknob and we were ignored by the girl who was sweeping. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I USED to get good service and the treats are good.

Great selection, fast service, although young the people working there move quickly and are very helpful. This is sadly quite unusual these days whereby the younger kids working at these businesses generally don't take the job seriously. The management at 31 Flavors is doing a great job of keeping only hard working and mature staff at this location. The place was clean too, which is also unusual for a late night fast dining location. I definitely recommend that you stop in when you have a craving for frozen treats. Especially during the summer Baskin Robin's helps cool the soul! The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that the layout in this store is very poor. It's cramped and there's little room to move around or sit at a table when people are in line. I don't know how to fix this but it would be important to take a look at a reconfiguration of the tables. The location on main and Greenfield is likely dying like all other Mesa Main St businesses so perhaps the store would do better if moved to a different area with more floor space, parking, and ultimately room to move around.
