. I didn’t know that they have a touch screen to place your order . So I moved forward and waited for about 20 minutes. And finally get to the window and the told me I can’t take your Ofer u have to place it on the screen. I said I waited 20 minutes. He was I can’t take your order my manager will get mad

I visit here at least once a week, usually just to pick up three chocolate chip cookies for $1.62, inclusive of tax. When we went this evening the gentleman who made our sandwiches was super polite, patient, and just a generally nice guy to chat with. The restaurant was extremely clean, good cool air temperature, and an all-around ideal place to have dinner. Nothing bad to say! P.S. The chocolate chip cookies are highly recommended, and if you visit around the holidays see if they have the ginger. It goes great with chocolate milk.

Normally I don't mind a few flaws in a place I eat but this place has repeatedly disappointed me and my family. Not only are they constantly out of product but the standards are sub par. When I went in tonight with my mom we had to wait a while without acknowledgement as there was only one person. Instead of being greeted as we walked we got silence. as the people in front of us were checking out the phone was ringing. The employee answered the phone taking an order without so much as an "I'll be right with you" or anything. Then despite it being obvious that we were together he only asked for what I wanted. Only after my sandwich was in the toaster was my mom asked what she wanted. It was at that time that once again they were out of what she wanted. She had barely been able to eat or keep anything down for months and the fact that she wanted something specific yet couldn't get it, I was upset for her. Then I asked for avocado disappointing as it was. I got only one scoop on a foot long when I should have had two. Plus the it was BROWN!!! Then the employee tried to argue with me about the type of the mayo I wanted. I asked for regular mayo and, being out of mayo, tried to tell me that lite mayo was the same. That was enough for me. Too many things had been unsatisfactory and I won't be going back to this location despite it being conveniently located near my home.

I went on the night of March 10,2019 & the Chick there was super rude. From as soon as we walked in till the end. We told her Thanks U & 2 have a great night & she replied Thanks. Very rude thru the process, even told Us HOLD ON while she picked up her hand in the waiting motion bcus she wasn't fast enough but she was rushing me thru my order. It could've been bcus it was almost closing time but she could've still smiled.

This Subway is the worst they never have anything. Something as basic as lettuce and pickles or condiments. I walked out on the big heavy girl with pink hair for the second time. She has a terrible attitude and is rude. The worst subway ever the GM needs to get this place in order. 1 stock up on everything. 2 fire that girl.
