Culver's

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, I'm not sure what I got, but the texture was more like rubber, it definitely was not chicken... maybe there was some chicken in there, I'm disgusted by what I was given. I will never go back I also ordered a scoop blackberry cobbler custard, and all I could taste was cinnamon. Very unimpressed

The cashier had a hearing disability, and I like the idea of equal opportunities, but if I had to specify my order 4 times to get it correct and rasing my voice that causes others to look, it gets a mildly infuriating. The inside menu had basically no options compared to the drive thur, and the fries were soggy coming out.

Clearly management issues. Burnt sandwiches the last three visits. Promises to send free meals for next time never followed through. Can't get the lids on containers, so your sauces won't make it home. It used to be a normal culvers with good food and service. Not so much anymore. We won't be going back.

The cleanest most friendly professional and courteous staff. The place was clean....even the restrooms were clean. It's been over a decade since I've seem pride in ownership and friendly happy employees. Thank you for for the wonderful experience. The food was spot on. Perfect temperature and no waiting. Every table was clean and now garbage on the floors. Thank you again

I liked my local Culver's. The ice cream is pretty great to quell any cravings I would get. Their curds were above average as long as you eat them hot...as you should with any cheese curds. Their rueban was a quality offering for a fast food joint and was an item I always reordered when I went. But notice how i used the word "liked" in the first sentence. One night after work I stopped by my local Culver's on the Northside of Madison and ordered a double BB with cheese and a rueban. I got home- five minutes away- and ate half of each sandwiches five minutes after that. 1&1/2 hours later I was in the bathroom stricken with food poisoning whose effects lasted for 3 days. I couldn't tell you from which sandwich it came from because neither tasted off but it wreaked my digestive system for 3 straight days. I filed a report with Dane County Health Department and left it at that. In my experience calling a restaurant directly usually can have mixed outcomes. I will certainly not eat anything from there ever again with the exception of the ice cream.
