Dunkin'

Went to this location although it’s not the closest as trying to support a new business in the midst of that is Covid. Pulled up to the drive Through and a car load of kids was ordering drinks (obviously from a friend on the inside) cause they joking and talking about a bunch of mess. Got up to order no issue pulled around and although only two customers (ones in front of us and us and it took literally 10 minute to fix 4 drinks. In the mean time, lots of running around, laughing and screaming was going on in the store. Cynthia the manager on duty had no control of her staff and the store owner is losing money cause the car behind us left cause no one would answer the drive through! Sir, you better get control over your store or you going to lose a lot of money when it closes.

After waiting in line over 20 minutes I ordered the "signature iced pumpkin latte" which said it came with whipped cream and a drizzle on top but I got nothing of the sort. Not a bad coffee but I would rather get a drink that I just don't like rather than waiting for one that the employees can't take the time to make the way it's advertised. Went here because Starbucks' drive thru was closed but next time I'll just drive across town to another Starbucks.

I asked for a large coffee extra light 5 sugars, what I got was one for the DD book. I had to state my order twice because the counter girl with blond hair and glasses kept wanting to give me iced coffee on a 29 degree day. The register listed large coffee, extra cream, and 5 sugars. I paid. She went to get my coffee. Went to my car and drove away. My first sip was black coffee. What she had done was to thin out my coffee with water. So I got thin coffee, no cream, no sugar. The funny thing is people I went to meet told me the same story about this DD.

My family and I went to this DD in our town (103 Brookridge Dr, Suite B, Madison AL) to grab some donuts and coffees on a recent Saturday morning. We ordered 3 coffees (2 vanilla iced coffees and 1 gingerbread iced coffee) and 7 donuts (1 chocolate frosted, 2 glazed, 1 chocolate glazed, 1 old fashioned, 1 chocolate creme, 1 sour cream) - all through the app. When we got to the drive-up window, they couldn’t find our order. Once they finally did, they gave us the drinks, but said they were out of almost all the donuts we ordered. Keep in mind, this was only 10am on a Saturday, which I would assume is a fairly busy day for a donut and coffee store! Since I had already paid for all of the order through the app, she asked if we just wanted her to fill our donut order with what the did have of the types of donuts we requested, basically doubling the 2-3 kinds they had that we wanted. We said sure. On the way home, we tasted our coffees, which did not taste like vanilla at all - they tasted like caramel, which we are not a fan of. Then we opened our box of donuts and discovered that we only got 6 donuts, not 7!! UGH… We ended up with 2 sour cream, 2 chocolate with chocolate frosting (not even one we ordered), and 2 chocolate glazed. Needless to say, we are not happy. Both of the Madison AL stores need some serious guidance in how to keep up with demand in order to have enough donuts to get them through the day. DD has been around long enough to figure that out.

My mom purchased a gift card from this Dunkin. We went to the one on county line and it was INACTIVE!!!! thank god she kept the receipt showing her purchase. Also, The service is very slow. The coffee doesn’t taste good anymore. I ordered a large iced americano WITH cream. It came out black and the man LIED and said it had cream in it. Finally, I got cream added & it tasted like mildew. The only time I get good service here is late in the afternoon.
