Worst subway so far, white chocolate raspberry cookies were covered in oil and inedible. Also overall sandwich quality was poor. Will stick to Moorpark subway, they never mess anything up.

I love the sandwich I came from Reno and i stop by to Madera and the food was so good and I love the crew her name is Angela she so nice and fast Like she’s welcoming and the food was so good nothing else to say it’s so perfect!! 🥰🥰

The most poorly managed subway i’ve ever been to. Our pick up order was ready 30 mins after scheduled time! Whoever was working 12/11/21 around 6pm should be fired or never left alone.

It was the Subway on Madera Avenue and Avenue 13, Madera, Ca. It was the worst Subway I have ever been to. Their lettice was wilted and brown and they said they had no more. Needless to say,I passed on that. This was at 1:30 p.m. They asked if I wanted the sandwich toasted. Sure. Why not? I ordered the daily 6-inch special for $3.99. Originally, they charged me $5.49 and when I questioned it they lowered it to $4.35. When I asked them why, they said they had to charge tax because I had the sandwich toasted. I asked when they listed that additional charge. They had no answer.
We have a saturation of Subway shops in Madera (6 within 6.5 miles). I will certainly go elsewhere in the future.

Very poor customer service. I walked in there this morning at around 8:15, the person inside did not greet me, Automatically blurted she is closed when the door is open and the hours listed are 7am - 10pm. I asked her what time they open, she states she was late this morning with an attitude and walks away to the back. People really need training on customer service!

Its was great the guy made the sandwichs fast and was very polite it was a great experience the food is always fredh and tastes really good i go there all the time

Now I am hearing things about this subway I hear the older Mexican lady there is very rude to her Employees in the way that she talks to them And she talks to some of her customers rudely. Why do you guys hire people like that?
