Arby's

just got the family dinner, the bread on the gyro was stale and in 4 pieces. Cold and nasty, there was 2 tiny pieces of meat on the sandwich and unedible. Kids sandwiches we not as ordered either. Won't be back to this store. Unreal. The below recommendation was completed to contact corporate. Here is a photo of what this sandwich should look like. Different location. Amazing sandwich. 21 and van dyke.

If there’s no “dine in” why don’t they post signs that say drive through only? Service may be quicker. Obviously all the employees standing around with no masks were waiting for a car to pull up instead of looking at the front of the restaurant for walk in customers. Iced tea was so bad and not enough ice cubes to make it ICED. Clean the tea urn! I won’t be able to patronize here anymore. On a positive note, the sandwiches were tasty.

First time at this Arby's location today. It could have been worse (clearly judging by these reviews) but regardless it could of been better. Ordered a 4 piece nugget with Honey mustard and a 6 piece Mozzerella Stick with ranch. Got to the window and paid using one of those VISA type gift cards. I wasn't giving a receipt which generally I wouldn't care but seeing how I used a gift card, I need to know my remaining balance. I asked for a receipt (after finally getting an employees attention) took forever to print a receipt and of course after all that it wasn't even my reciept, well at that point I just said forget this and just estimated my remaining card balance (I'll just go online and check it there although the hassle of having to do that could have been avoided). To top off this "delightful" visit, I was only giving one ranch for my 6 mozzarella sticks (I've always recieved 2 at other locations) and they forgot my honey mustard entirely. Needless to say this will not be my Arby's location of choice following today's experience.

Beef &cheddar ask for light cheese well had to much cheese or 5 pc jalapenos ask for two cup berry sauce lady said i could have 1 free 30 cent extra I said ok when they give me order guess she didn't know how to charge me so she charge me for Au jus cup instead at 50 cents so Didn't get what I ask for paid extra.

Why can't they make the sandwiches right? I ordered the brisket sandwich and it literally had only 2 pieces of meat on it. It was more bun than meat. And the large fries were like a medium in a large box. They weren't even up to the low front rim and they were old and cold. This location cannot serve a decent meal.

Yesterday (Saturday) the website says the store was open until 9:00pm. We arrived at 7:30pm and was told by a staffer throwing out the garbage that they closed at 7. When I questioned the prior info, she responded "Yeah we have to do something about that." Today the site again says they're open until 9. When I called to confirm, it went directly to VM stating mailbox was full.
