Just bought a crave case, got home & opened them up & noticed that all the boxes were greasy & had bits of the diced onions smeared all over the boxes. But when we started eating them ALL of the bottom buns were wet & really mushy. More so then normal. Some would just fall apart when you pulled them out of the box. . What a waste.

No such thing as fast food here, had to wait 10 minutes to get simple order. French Fries were a 2, maybe even a one!!! Very cold fries, not salted at all! Maybe a two rating is a better choice.

5 stars for customers but management needs to really evaluate helping its staff. Nice woman took our order n drawer open and next to no money in drawer! They can't do their jobs without stuff they need. Short on bags and drink carriers. Food was hot fresh fast and VERY good. So A plus for service.

This was some of the best White Castle I've had in years!!!! Gave us SUPER GAS, but was worth it. Only problem, they were very slow and we had to ask for condiments twice, and they still forgot one of the sauces.

The food was as expected, great for what you want from WC. However, the customer service was poor! Not even a word, no hi, hello, nothing from the employee handing me my food in the drive thru! Don't even think I got a smile 😔

really wonderful staff, everything moved quickly, highly recommend this place if you're on m59 and craving white castle! highly recommend the impossible slider, too. i definitely prefer the regular meat, but it's hard to tell the difference.
a plus fries as always, second only to mcdonald's.

Ordered Impossible sliders which come with cheese. No cheese on sliders, despite the premium price (listed on web that this comes with cheese and the price reflects this). I've been vegetarian for more than 13 years and they definitely gave me meat and not the Impossible slider which I paid a premium price for. Charged $1.02 extra per each slider that I could not eat. Disgraceful!!!! Have not had this issue at other W.C. locations.
