Kfc

The last time I got food here, it wasn't even edible. 3 chicken tenders, fries, and a biscuit. I asked for sauce in the bag, and they gave me busted open packets and 1 napkin. You can imagine how used that napkin was after I stuck my hand in the bag. The chicken tenders were not warm, tasted like rubber, and had the same consistency. The fries were old, super hard, and cold. The biscuit was just a rock. The highlight of my whole ordeal was the Dr Pepper that I got. Other than that, $10 right down the drain. I'm eating at Churchs chicken from now on. KFC tastes like garbage and has for about 2 years now.

Every time I come to this location I am always greeted by unhappy employees with no manners. This evening was no different I am currently still sitting in a drive through waiting for an order I was told would take 12 minutes it has now been45 and there is no one in line. Initially we were brought out another persons order so we returned it no problem we then waited for another 30 minutes until we drove back through the line so that I could just ask for my money back and go somewhere else. We did receive our order when we came back around mind you all we had were 3 famous bowls and a 12 piece wing. Our order was in no way complicated. I am a general manager in the fast food industry so I understand the demands and needs. I’ve never left a review at any place much less a negative one but this is an always situation with my customer service at this location. I live 2 blocks down this street from this location and I will drive across town the next time I want kfc instead of going here I won’t be returning.

Went there tonight (5/9/2021) around 8:15PM, and was served the worst meal ever. The workers were too busy talking to each other about kicking their cell phone off of the bed while they are sleeping rather than preparing food correctly. Everything I ordered was stale and got thrown away. I'm not sure if the biscuit was bitten off of by someone or what because it was served to me just like the picture below. Also, the chicken sandwich was so stale and hard including the bread.

One of the main lobby doors is locked that is over the parking lot. That to me is a fire code. Had to wait for food for 20 mins and when food came out, chicken was not cooked and fries where cold only had one other customer in lobby so not busy at all and then when i ask for a refund they acted where i left the food i told them table and then they acted as if they were going to give my food i had touched to someone else. Not going back
