Went to get dinner for my large family. They did not have enough chicken for 2, 16 piece. Even with and hour and a half before they close. They said the could not cook what we wanted because the had no cook on shift. I had to go somewhere else to get rest of my food.

Mistake coming here. Food was terrible. Front counter person was nice. Got our food wrong. Original instead of crispy. The quality of the food just bad. Bad. Looked and tasted bad. The smell of dirty greases filled the lobby. Just bad

We waited 20 minutes for chicken. And when we got it was cold. And they forgot half of our order. Then when we waited 15 more minutes when we got it the chicken was cooked in such a hurry the taste was different. Let's just say we were very disappointed in our visit.

We went to KFC north university on Wednesday May 11 and I got a chicken pot pie. We got home my mother went to eat it and it was so dried out, no juice. The meat and crust were tough. I tried for two days to call phone would ring for about 7 times and I get voice-mail.

First false advertising . Was told by the employee they don't carry what they advertise online in the store , so don't look for anything on their own website expecting them to have it at the window or you WILL pay more. Also ordered what was on the board and was missing half my chicken...STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

2/15/2022 very disappointed in my meal #15 the breast was tough and my Mac and cheese was cold. Drove back to the drive thru to request the receipt and was told the printer was broken. Now what do I do?

Went a got 3 famous bowls and 6 biscuits. The chicken and the biscuits were so hard we all threw our food away and ordered pizza. We will never go to KFC again.

The facility was out of hot wings and pot pies and the only bone in chicken was dark meat. Very time I go to the food establishment it it missing major portions of it's menu.
