Dunkin'

Not very happy with the service and cleanliness I just viewed a few minutes ago. I kindly asked for a mocha iced and the guy had just finished tying a trash bag, didn't wash his hands and proceeded to make my drink. The mocha bottle was empty so he found a new one opened it and instead of adding the pump he poured it into the cup filled it to about a 1/4 to 1/3 of the way added the coffee and milk and handed it to me. Although I knew he was in the wrong. Another gentleman approached me to complete my transaction wasn't in a uniform and I kindly asked if my drink could be remade. He asked why I explained and he proceeded to tell me that's how the drink is made. So yup I am not too happy and of coarse I am a usual customer of Dunkin donuts of coarse I know how my drink is made. Also as a business owner in the hospitality/service industry I would not stand for such carelessness.

The shop is in basically a hole and because of this their selection suffers and the fact they have no oven for breakfast sandwich's and other cooked foods Update: even though this shop moved to the other side of the station. It some how has gotten worse with no bagels and staff that seems like rushing the customer with their order is good customer service. Can I rate this location zero stars??

I constantly have to tell the guy with short hair to cash my order out on my card. I was charged once after I left for product I did not order or receive. He gave me a dirty look today when I told him AGAIN to cash me out. The Owner needs to know that's THEFT. I will not be buying here anymore and I fully intend to make sure everyone I know here that uses it stops buying here and posts to their social media. I don't work hard all day to buy him or his buddies food and drinks. And btw, NO ONE was behind me in line so I'm pretty sure he's stealing from guests for himself. It's ILLEGAL.
